We’re a Digital Marketing Agency located in Karachi, PK that runs advertising for a suite of internet based companies, we also consult hundred’s of companies on how to run their own ads.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations
  • Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office
  • Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
  • Monitor Performance of Clients and team
  • Proactively recommend improvements to increase Performance
  • Attending to any correspondence and emails by Clients
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors’ approaches

Qualifications:

  • Self-starter with an innate desire to win – lots of initiative and ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intellectually curious. “That’s interesting” must be the impetus that starts you on the path to find out what, why, and how. Unique results are the seeds of immense gain.
  • Must be a Graduate.
  • Should have knowledge about development languages and their core concepts.
  • Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator knowledge is a plus point.
  • Tenacious and persistent until you succeed – at the task, at the project, at the job.
  • Resilient – able to get up, dust yourself off and continue until you cross the goal line
  • Freshies are encouraged to apply.
  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • This is not your regular 9-5, if you’re looking to get in at 9, then leave 4:55, you will not fit into this culture

We work on campaigns on the weekends, we hold everyone accountable by the KPIs and either you’re hitting your goals or not, there’s no in-between.

Salary:        25,000 - 35,000 Per Month Plus Bonuses and Incentives.
